Gives New Meaning to ‘Family Film’

Cousins Chad and Aaron Burns know a little something about the term “family film.” The 20-something former homeschoolers got their families together to form Burns Family Studio, scraped together $250,000, and took three years to make Pendragon: Sword of His Father , which won a “2009 Indie Best of Show” award at the Indie Film Festival . We haven’t seen the film yet, but we have seen the trailer –and for a production made by amateurs, for so little money, it looks surprisingly good.
